Choosing Joy
Although joy often seems to arise naturally and spontaneously as a result of some attunement to the wonder of existence, joy may also evolve as a consequence of our choices, activities, or behaviors, such as these: - Recognizing a problem (fatigue, overweight, and the like)
- Deciding to confront a problem
- Following an early morning jogging program
- Feeling a sense of wellbeing or joy
The infusion of joy into the body-mind is one of the best disease-preventative and curative strategies we know.
