Inner Peace
The ultimate result of learning to deal creatively and constructively with stresses, of using your breath to relax and center yourself, is inner peace. This doesn't mean perfection, but rather acceptance of your limitations and an ability to forgive yourself and others for shortcomings. Inner peace is also more likely if you can accept any limitations of circumstance or environment, changing the things you can and accepting the things you can't. Ultimately, inner peace comes from being sufficiently relaxed and balanced within your self that you can feel your connectedness to your family, friends, community, the planet, and any transcendent reality you may experience.
